About Fides Restoration

We are licensed and Insured

Our certified team guarantees the excellence and reliability of the services we deliver.

Fides Restoration was founded by Chance Carrick, a West Point graduate and Army veteran with over five years of service. After his military career, Chance worked with small business owners to improve workplace efficiency. During that time, he started doing renovation projects and discovered a passion for the home services industry. He also noticed a common issue across the field: poor customer service and a lack of care for the client experience. Fides Restoration, named after the Roman goddess of trust and integrity, was created to fix that. We are committed to delivering high-quality work and excellent service every time.

Steps We Take During Standard and Emergency Restoration Services

STEP 1

Initial Contact
Give us a call or reach out online. Our team will gather some initial details and schedule a convenient time to assess your situation.

STEP 2

Inspection and Assessment
We will visit the property to inspect the damage, evaluate the scope of the issue, and determine the best course of action.

STEP 3

Removal Process
Depending on the type of restoration job, we now remove any standing water, smoke or mold.

STEP 4

Clean / Dry the Area
This is important part of the process as it helps to reduce the potential for further damage and for mold growth.

STEP 5

Sanitize and Deodorize
Lastly, we’ll sanitize and deodorize the entire area. This not only gets rid of any remaining odors, it also helps to further mold growth.

Why You Shouldn’t Handle Mold, Fire, or Water Damage Cleanup Alone

Exposure to Biohazards

Improper sanitization may result in contact with biohazards materials like blood, body fluids, and tissues, which can contain bacteria, viruses, and blood-borne diseases such as HIV and hepatitis. Without adequate training and protective equipment, you face serious health hazards. That's why blood clean up services are very important.

Risk of Infection

Pathogens and contaminants can cause inadvertent disinfection, increasing the risk of infection for you and others who have been in the area. This can result in unpleasant odors and significant property damage over time.

Emotional Trauma

Crime scenes, particularly those involving gruesome crimes like suicides and un attended death can be mentally disturbing. Professional support is essential to handle such dangerous work, alleviating distress and anxiety.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Handling potentially dangerous materials requires adherence to specific regulations and provisions. Ignoring these legal requirements can result in lawsuits or penalties.

Psychological Impact

Engaging in crime scene cleanup can evoke feelings of guilt, shame, and sadness, as well as symptoms of PTSD and other mental health issues.
